D's grandmother was a film photographer when her children were growing up, and I feel like that has probably contributed to his mom having an appreciation for professional photos of her children. I know as my own children grew and I went from being a hobby photographer to running a business, I became more and more appreciative of having these kinds of photos of them too.
I photographed both of D's big sisters when they were wee, and one of them was one of my earliest first year clients so they are extra special to me. I feel like this little guy's first year has flown by so fast...maybe it's just me...I'll ask his mom. 😉 Here are a few moments from his first year.
